I put together a promotional video for F.O.O.D. Inc., a luxury catering company run by celebrity event planner, Colin Cowie. This was shot at a rehearsal dinner out at the Parrish Art Museum (Southampton, NY) in July 2017.

We shot this quick video to showcase one of Chef Portale’s more innovative dishes on the Gotham winter menu — a fresh take on a classic Dover Sole.

Beasts & Bottles is a neighborhood gem in the heart of Brooklyn Heights. Since the restaurant is co-owned by Master Sommelier, Alexander La Pratt, we wanted to find a way to showcase his experience and expertise, as well as the extraordinary wine list. Videos like this one were released once a month — quick little tutorials about the great wine regions of the world.

In 2017 I produced and directed a web series titled SMELL TOUCH TASTE. Each 10-minute episode featured a small chef-driven restaurant in and around New York City.
