Restaurant Strategy started as a passion project about 6 months ago. I decided to take everything Iā€™d learned from my 15 years in restaurants and put it all into a weekly show. The podcast is dedicated entirely to chefs and restaurant owners, helping to guide them through the unenviable task of promoting their restaurants. Episodes are less than 30 minutes and each one focuses on a different topic. We explore that topic, pick it apart, and come up with a few key insights. We end with a short assignment as a way of implementing the concepts discussed on the show.
